Reviews

In the last month or so I've been to the three BIG gigs in Scotland, REM, U2 and Coldplay. (you wait ages for a good concert and then three of the best come along at the same time - not good for my bank balance!). The other two were very, very good - apart from the U2 sound problems - BUT Coldplay on Friday night were completely FANTASTIC. The weather on the night, sound quality and quality of performance all contributed to an amazing evening. I think the new album is superb and really enjoyed hearing so many tracks from it - especially What If? (totally love this one) and Speed of Sound - BRILLIANT. Other classic numbers - Clocks, Yellow etc. were all great as well.

Nice to hear Chris Martin give Kirkcaldy - and poor old Raith Rovers a plug - they need it!

P.S Thought they were fantastic on Saturday at Live8 as well. Desperately hope the concert aims are achieved this week.
