Reviews
The coldplay concert last night at Ile de Gaou was superb. They played hit after hit with incredible passion and what with the small venue and the incredible setting of the sea and the sun setting behind the band, Concerts do not get any better than that. Chris martin spoke to my 2 children several times during the performance as they were right in the front against the barrier and he was concerned for them, which also goes to show that he is obviously a lovely person as well as a great song writer and performer!
They were supported by Richard Ashcroft who has the most amazing voice and during the en-core where he performed a number with Coldplay, I really felt as though I was witnessing rock and roll history. I am sure these artists will be making great music for a long time and will become legends. What an incredible sound they made. It reminded me a bit of seeing the great Pink Floyd many many years ago and getting that same tingle.
My kids said it was best the night of their lives.
