Reviews

Hey all, Just back from the 3rd Sydney gig (drove from Canberra to Sydney and back for it) and it was fantastic. Similar setlist as Tuesday. But they played a version of Kylie's 'Cant Get You Out of My Head' which was classic.

Chris ran all the way to the back of the arena to say thanks to the people who got tickets way up the back. Man, these guys know how to connect with an audience. I had seats at the side, parallel with the stage, was worried they were going to be crap, but the view was really good.

Random question, does anyone know what the the Beatles song they played before the band came on was? I really liked it. Sounded like a remix to me. ( I know the Beatles were ahead of their time, but I know a remix when I hear one...!)

Anyway, I've driven 577kms in the last 12 hours, and I'm not "making any sense any more" so I'll leave it at that. Coldplay, you rock.

[Thanks wedgie32]

Coming down after the concert was so hard, which means it was a great concert! First time i see them live and they didn't disappoint. Loved Chris' energy and movements on the stage. Hot stuff!

Very similar setlist to the previous concerts: Couple of differences: Trouble instead of Swallowed in the Sea. No What If, instead, a great surprise, a cover of Kylie's Can't Get you Out Of My Head!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now that was sooooo coooool and the crowd went wild! The other cover was Ring Of Fire. Excellent laser show, display images and lighting. Beautiful.

A night to remember! Can't wait till they come back. All hail Coldplay.

ps Merchandise were great, couldn't settle on a tshirt!! Ended up getting the Black and Yellow one!

Wow they were great, I think I can safely say that we all had to wait a long time to see them once we had bought our tickets but it was well worth it.

I was itching to stand up and start dancing and then they played Talk (My favourite song) and Cris said we didn't have to sit down for this one and I took his advise.

And that was an excellent cover of Kylie Minogue who would have thought it would sound so good.

The merchandise was great not to expensive.

A great night all up, I hope everyone else enjoyed it as much as i did.

[Thanks James]
