Everything's Not Lost is the final track from the first Coldplay album, Parachutes. It is the second of the piano-led songs from the album and has an anthemic feel. It is for this reason, that the band used it as a set closer in gigs until they finished touring the Parachutes album. Since then, the song has found itself being played about half way through the set. When played live from mid 2002 the song has featured an extended ending sequence. When the song is finished as normal, the band play through some chords to involve the crowd and then launch into a repeat of the original ending to the song.
